What we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it.
Effective February 1, 2026
This policy applies to Verity Technology Group (“Verity”, “we”, “us”) and to information collected through this website. Verity Technology Group is a trade name of EzekielJ Development Services.
Services we deliver under a signed agreement are governed by that agreement, which takes precedence over this policy where the two address the same subject.
The only information this website collects directly is what you enter into the contact form. That is:
We ask for this because we cannot respond usefully without it. Fields marked optional are genuinely optional and leaving them blank does not affect our response.
When you submit the contact form, we also record:
This exists to detect and limit automated abuse of the form. The IP hash cannot be reversed to recover your address, and it is not used to build a profile of you or to track you across other sites.
We want to be specific about the absence of things people reasonably assume are present. This website:
Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third-party font service, so visiting a page does not disclose your visit to another company.
We use what you submit to respond to your enquiry, to understand what you need, and to keep a record of the conversation so we can pick it up again later. If we go on to work together, that record becomes part of the client relationship.
We do not use contact form submissions for automated decision-making or profiling.
Contact submissions are stored in our backend platform, hosted with our cloud infrastructure provider. Access is limited to Verity personnel who need it in order to respond to you, and is protected by multi-factor authentication.
We keep enquiries for as long as there is a reasonable business purpose — an active conversation, an ongoing relationship, or a record we may be required to retain. When that purpose ends, we delete them.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, and we will.
You can ask us to:
Use the contact form and say what you would like. We will not ask you to justify the request.
This site is served over HTTPS with strict transport security, a content security policy, and clickjacking protection. Form submissions are validated on the server, rate limited, and stored without public read access.
No system is perfectly secure. If you believe you have found a security issue with this website, please tell us through the contact form and we will look at it promptly.
This is a business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be described rather than quietly substituted.
Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact form on this site, and they will reach a person rather than an inbox nobody reads.
